This summit aims to help you learn from and connect with other entrepreneur support organizations (ESOs) in the STEM/R&D space so that you can better help your community. Last week, Administrator Guzman visited San Antonio, Texas to meet inspiring small business owners who were able to pivot, recover and grow with help from SBA programs and resources. We want to hear from you. SBA invites you to participate in a survey to assess your satisfaction with SBA’s customer service and communication on COVID-19 related grant and loan relief programs. The results will be used to monitor and improve SBA relief effort effectiveness. The survey will take about 15 minutes to complete for each program that you obtained financial assistance. [Community Navigator ]

Last week, Administrator Isabella Casillas Guzman announced grantees for the Community Navigator Pilot Program, an American Rescue Plan initiative designed to reduce the barriers many small businesses often face in accessing critical support, including those owned by disadvantaged groups such as veterans, women, rural communities and communities of color. The Community Navigator Pilot Program will provide $100 million in funding to 51 organizations (“hubs”) that will work with over 400 local community groups (“spokes”) to connect America’s entrepreneurs to federal, state, and local resources so they can recover and thrive. Paycheck Protection Program borrowers:
If your loan is $150,000 or less, you may be eligible to apply for direct forgiveness through SBA using our online portal. Follow the steps below.

Submit Your Comments for SBA’s Strategy Document Outlining Agency Goals and Objectives  Every four years, the SBA releases a strategy document for the current and upcoming years. This strategic plan provides a framework that outlines the SBA’s key goals and objectives to ensure that our programs are managed effectively and efficiently.
