DESCRIPTION:CMTA is hosting its 2nd Annual Women Making CA event on March 8
 th that also happens to be International Women’s Day.\n\nThis women-focu
 sed event will address the challenges and opportunities for women in manuf
 acturing. We are expected to have over 100 people in attendance\, includin
 g students from local colleges\, women leaders in manufacturing\, legislat
 ors\, and female business owners. We will also highlight business and non-
 profit organizations at our event\, including Fly Brave Foundation. The or
 ganization is run by a mother who is helping adults with developmental dis
 abilities find employment through seeing her son's struggles as an adult w
