We are pleased to announce that the Council of Industries s partnering with the Industrial Association of Contra Costa County to host a follow-up webinar/roundtable on COVID-19 related regulations – AB 685 and the Cal/OSHA Emergency Temporary Standards.  The webinar will take place on April 1, 2021, 10:30 – 11:30 am.

As some of you might recall, we held a webinar that focused on these regulations in December of 2020, which provided everyone with an explanation of what the regulations were requiring of employers , and what compliance looked like.  A lot has changed over the past few months, including the distribution of the COVID-19 vaccine.  Employers have also now had a chance to work with these regulations, and better understand the keys and challenges related to complying with them. Some of the areas we plan to address during the webinar include:

  • Employer requirements related to COVID-19
  • Notification requirements to employees
  • Employee training requirements
  • Questions related to COVID-19 testing
  • Questions related to vaccination issues
  • Social distancing requirements in the workplace
