You are invited to participate in Urban Health Group’s Inaugural Wellness Run & Expo! When: March 5th, 2022, 8AM Where: 1503 Macdonald Ave Suite A, Richmond, CA 94801 | CoBiz Facility in Richmond. $50 for runner Registration. All ages welcomed Expo free for all 8A-12P Become a supporter of this event through sponsorship, becoming a vendor, participating as a runner, or all three! We are creating a variety of experiences to facilitate healing on an individual and collective level to build community and mindsets consistent with health, wellness, prosperity, solidarity, and hope. The event will start in the morning with a 5K walk/run/ride course and end with the exposition at the CoBiz facility. The goal of this year’s 5k event is to host 100 runners and raise $20,000 which will be used to fund to support an existing community organization in the City of Richmond and create a stipend program through UHG to increase access to high-quality healthcare navigation support and or mental health support. As a leader in the community, your involvement in The Inaugural UHG Wellness Run & Expo is an opportunity for your organization to receive exposure and to join other individuals, organizations, and coalitions in our community.
